Here is Cindy's feta dip...great and easy to prepare.
8 ounces Feta Cheese (crumbled or mashed)
8 ounces sour cream
2 green onions
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Mix and let stand in refrigerator 3 hours or more. Stir and serve with crackers.
